Electronic Signature

In keeping with the overall design which enables you to rebrand Commerce Enrollment to your customers, Commerce Enrollment lets you automatically and electronically present applicant data on YOUR APPLICATION PAPERWORK and collect electronic signatures from the applicant. They review and electronically sign agreements and necessary paperwork at the conclusion of the application process. These electronic documents are then forwarded to the destination of your choice for archival or printing.

The Service will also perform checks to establish the applicant’s country location based on the computer IP address they are accessing the service from, is the phone number of their business associated with an area code that agrees with the address being reported, does the address they offer for the business agree with address verification service results, and other checks to help you manage the application based on the most information available.
